Bill Alefantis.

Bill brings more than 25 years of experience in Calgary real estate, delivering consistent personalized service that generates referrals and repeat business. Launching his career as Sales Manager for a custom home builder, he later advanced to Director of Sales and Marketing for a prominent land developer. He played a key role on the City of Calgary’s Planning Advisory Committee in creating an Area Structure Plan for newly annexed lands on the city’s West side. Known for his integrity and deep market knowledge, Bill excels at crafting unique strategies that align with each client’s goals. His entrepreneurial mindset brings a business lens to every transaction, while his exceptional negotiation skills have guided hundreds of clients to achieve outstanding results.

As a lifelong philanthropist, Bill has raised significant funds for charitable organizations across North America. He remains involved with the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) and has served as a Director for the Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Association. His local volunteer efforts have supported Cooley’s Anemia Foundation, Alberta Children’s Hospital, and The Women’s Shelter of Calgary. Beyond real estate, Bill cherishes golf, travel, and time with family and friends.
